The Governor's Banana Cream Pie
Rating-* * * * *
Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter, September 1995, pg. 8. I have made this pie numerous times. It's delicious. I will admit I am not a fan of the chemical flavors in the instant banana cream pudding mix. So I just use a second box of vanilla pudding. But, other then that... I do every thing exactly as the recipe calls for, and have a great pie every single time! 5 stars.

2004
Snicker Salad
Rating-* * *
Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter, September 2004, pg. 4. I give this recipe 3 stars. I really like it. But, I prefer Heavenly Isle Apple Salad. I think next time I will just add Snickers to the Heavenly Isle Apple Salad. But, if you like Snickers, you will probably like this. I did enjoy it, but my heart is still in love with Heavenly Isle Apple Salad. Plus the plain yogurt to me, was very tart at first, but it did mellow out. I think if I would have made it with vanilla yogurt, I would give it a 5!

The above review was most likely written not long after the 2004 newsletter was released. Since then I have made it again, and LOVED it. I used Aldi's Fit & Active brand vanilla yogurt (2 6-ounce cartons to make 1 1/2 cups). And I also used the white chocolate sugar free Jell-O pudding instead of vanilla. It made this salad WOWZERS! LOVE it! So good, I am sure it's going to start being a go to get together dessert that I will be making!
